Youth Sports Conditioning
Jump start your aspiring athlete with this training program that focusses on developing body awareness, strength, balance, agility, flexibility and coordination, in a fun, creative and positive environment. This program will create a solid base for long-term athletic development. Choose a small group of 2 or 3 individuals or train as an individual but must be YMCA members. Each session is 30 minutes and you can choose 1,2, or 3 days a week!

Summer Sports Conditioning Program
Tuesdays and Thursdays (4 weeks- 8 sessions) with Brock Massner
Dates: Tuesday, July 30th – Thursday, August 22nd
Time: 10 – 10:45 am (Ages 10-12)
10:45 – 11:30 am (Ages 13-15)
Location: Turf area of YMCA Weightroom
Price: $200 per participant
This program is for kids ages 10-15 Tuesday classes are Speed and
Agility focused; while Thursdays will be focused on Lifting Technique
and Strength Development. Nutrition and Injury Prevention will also be
discussed throughout class. Kids are encouraged to come to as many
classes as possible to maximize the benefits and results. The program
will be run as small group personal training to focus on each individual’s
needs and goals.
